If your Master Coach is paired and despite that, the weight data is not received, it is possible that this is related to the strength of the wifi signal.
The first step is to locate the Master Coach internet set top box and carry out a new measurement of weight. The most recent measurement as well as those not transmitted should appear.
This means that the location of the scale does not allow the transmission of data, a new positioning will have to be sought.
If the data is still not received, it may be necessary to select the profile number manually (press the arrows and then set). When 0.0 is displayed, perform a new weighing.
If that still does not work, you can also restart your set top box.
