Since the last update of the Sleep App (V1.4), the relaxation mode has been proposed. In order to make this one functional, the firmware of your Homni must also be updated.

To force Homni's firmware update, exit the application and open it again. After a few moments, a pop up update will be proposed as below

The update launches and the progress bar appears.
In case of failure such as: blocked progress bar, Homni blocked, please follow tbelow instructions:
1- Disconnect and reconnect the Homni power supply.
2- Exit the application and open it again. After a few moments, pop up update will be offered again.
3- When the progress bar appears, make sure you do not move the smartphone away from Homni (updated by Bluetooth) and have a stable internet connection (cellular or wifi).
If, despite several attempts, the update is impossible, please contact directly the Customer Service who will propose a solution (support.uk@terraillon.com).
