Inhale as the brightness of the red light increases and exhale as it decreases.
Tip: Breathe in and out slowly through your mouth, gently squeezing your lips as if you have a straw between them.
1 - When the intensity of the red light increases: inhale as in a straw and gradually inflate the belly.
2 - When the intensity of the red light decreases: breathe out slowly and deeply through the mouth while slightly tucking the stomach. A longer exhalation allows for better relaxation.
Little by little, you will relax and be in the best conditions to fall asleep.
