There may be several reasons that the data are not received by the App.
Make sure the products are paired with the app.
If necessary, pair a new device.
The scale may not automatically recognize your profile. In this case, it is necessary to select it manually.
Before weighing yourself, with the scale off, select the profile used for pairing (P1 - P8) and confirm by pressing the Set key.
Weigh yourself with the Wellness Coach app open and wait for the end of the weight measurement, the bluetooth or wifi logo should appear and the weight transmitted to the app.
This still does not work, please contact Customer Service using the contact function of the App.
