If your R-Link is correctly synchronised but weight data are not sent to the APP, please follow these steps:
1. Delete R-Link from the Wellness Coach APP settings (open the side menu in the top right and click on settings. Click on the red cross next to the product to delete it).
2. Click 'Add a device'.
3. Once the screen of your R-LINK Terraillon has switched off, keep the button on the back of the product pressed down for 3 seconds to launch synchronisation.
4. Click on 'Start synchronisation' on the smartphone.
5. Once the app has detected your device, click on 'Synchronise all devices'.
6. Connect your Terraillon bathroom scale to your user account. To do so, select a profile and enter your name. Then click on 'Next'.
7. Press 'Access my data' to return to the dashboard.
